Scope and responsible party
GoPensa is the name of the service. The controller of personal data processed through the website is Matheus Aceti, an individual operating under the GoPensa brand in Portugal. This policy covers the public website; it does not describe unconfirmed app practices.
Website data
The current website code does not include accounts, forms, payments, first-party usage analytics or advertising cookies. Loading pages may involve technical data needed to communicate with the hosting service, such as an IP address and browser information. The actual configuration of technical logs still needs to be confirmed.
Voluntary contact
If you write to the support address and your message is received, we may process your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send to handle and respond to your request. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information. The mailbox’s availability must be confirmed before launch.
App data
The screenshots on this website illustrate offer criteria and analyses. They do not establish what data the app collects, stores or shares. Before the product is made available, we will publish specific information about the app’s actual data processing.
Purposes and legal grounds
Data in a message we receive is used to respond to the request. In the European Economic Area, this may rely on pre-contractual steps you request or the legitimate interest in managing communications, as appropriate. In Brazil, the corresponding grounds under the LGPD will apply. Technical processing by the hosting service and its legal ground will be detailed once the actual configuration is confirmed.
Retention and security
Received messages should be kept only as long as needed to respond and meet any legal obligations. The project does not set exact periods or document the email and hosting services’ security measures; these details will be confirmed before commercial launch. We will seek to limit access and use measures proportionate to the risk.
Providers and international transfers
Hosting and email services may be involved in serving the website and receiving messages. The specific providers, processing locations and any international transfers still need to be confirmed. Where applicable, safeguards required by the GDPR and LGPD will be observed and this page will be updated.
Rights in Portugal and the EEA
Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, subject to the legal conditions for each right. You may withdraw consent if it is used as a legal ground and complain to Portugal’s data protection authority, the CNPD, or the competent authority in your country.
Rights in Brazil
Where the LGPD applies, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation, blocking or deletion in the cases set out by law, portability where applicable and information about sharing. You may withdraw consent if used and bring a request to Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority, the ANPD.
Children
This website presents a tool intended for drivers and has no account area or form aimed at children. If a child sends information by email, their parent or guardian can contact us so the processing can be reviewed under applicable law.
Changes
We will update this policy when the providers and app data practices are confirmed, or when the website changes. The date above identifies the published version.
