GoPensa is an independent decision-support tool for drivers. These terms explain its role, the limits of its analyses and the conditions for using the website and the product when available.

Scope and provider
These terms apply to GoPensa’s public website and, once the app is available, to its use to the extent the described features exist. The GoPensa service is provided by Matheus Aceti, an individual who is self-employed in Portugal, under the GoPensa brand. Additional terms may be published for future features.
Eligibility and licence
The website is publicly accessible. Use of the app is intended for drivers legally entitled to carry out their activity. Once available, a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence is granted to use the product in line with these terms and applicable app-store rules.
How it works
GoPensa organises and analyses available offer details against criteria set by the driver. Information may be incomplete, estimated or subject to change. The result supports a decision; accepting or rejecting an offer is always the driver’s choice.
Indicators and costs
Figures such as €/km and €/h are comparison indicators, not net earnings or a guarantee of profit or return. Actual results vary with offers, criteria, market conditions and decisions. Commissions, taxes, fuel or electricity, maintenance, insurance and other costs may be excluded from some indicators.
Independence and third-party brands
GoPensa is not Uber, Bolt or another mobility platform and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by them. References to third-party brands only identify services or explain the product’s context; rights in those brands belong to their owners.
Safe and permitted use
Use the product in accordance with applicable laws, traffic rules and platform terms. Do not interact with GoPensa in a way that distracts you while driving. You are responsible for checking offer details and deciding when it is safe to consult the product.
Prohibited use
Do not use the website or app unlawfully, interfere with its security or availability, attempt unauthorised access, or copy and distribute the software beyond the permissions granted. Do not use third-party brands to suggest a partnership that does not exist.
Intellectual property
The GoPensa name, visual identity, content and software belong to their respective rights holders and are protected by applicable law. The licence does not transfer intellectual-property rights. Mobility-platform brands remain the property of their owners.
Availability, changes and suspension
The service may change, be interrupted or stop offering certain features. Where technically possible and legally permitted, access may be restricted for abuse or risk to the service. The current website has no user accounts; terms for closing any future accounts will be provided if that feature is introduced.
Liability and no financial guarantee
GoPensa aims to provide useful information but does not guarantee the accuracy of every offer detail or any earnings, savings or financial outcome. To the extent permitted by applicable law, it is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of indicators or for failures outside its control. This clause does not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Applicable law and mandatory rights
Applicable law depends on the specific relationship and relevant location, including Portugal and Brazil. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory user or consumer rights or overrides compulsory rules on jurisdiction and legal protection.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the product and commercial conditions are defined or change. The published version will show its update date, and material changes will be communicated appropriately where required by law.
